From:Oturuluo

Dear,
It is my pleasure to write you with due respect, trust and humility
regardless of the fact that we do not know each other in person; with
warm heart I offer my friendship and my greetings hoping that this
letter will meet you in good time. I do understand how Surprised you
be to receive this proposal from me since you do not know me
personally. However, I am sincerely seeking your confidence in this
transaction, which I propose with my free mind and as a person of
integrity.

I am Oturuluo Williams the son of Mr.Williams David. During the war
against farmers in Zimbabwe which has continued till date by the
support of our President Robert Mugabe to claim all the white owned
farms in our country, all the white farmers were ordered by the
President to surrender their farms to his party members and his
followers. My Father who was one of the rich farmers in our country
and also the chairman of the farmers council did not support the
initiative and so the party members invaded my father's farm and burnt
everything in the farm, and my father was seriously wounded and was
flown to Cote D'Ivoire which he later died after several some months.
His farm was completely destroyed.

I and my sister Sandra finally had to leave our Country out of fear
and concern for the safety of our life. In the course of our search
for important family documents, we discovered a file that contained
details of a deposit my father made in Cote D'Ivoire. In the deposited
was US$9,500,000.00 (NINE Million- Five Hundred Thousand United State
Dollars) With a bank here Cote d'Ivoire. We have since all these years
made efforts in Abidjan to the Bank to lay claim on the deposit; and the
Bank verified our claims backed with the documents which are all genuine,
but our status in the country is posing a big hindrance. So I
decided to make contact with an overseas firm who will assist me to
move this very fund out of Cote d'Ivoire, because we are living under
asylum here in Cote d'Ivoire status which eventually limits our
financial rights and every other thing. So, if you consider this
proposal, we have agreed to give you 25% of the total sum for helping
us to move this money out to your country.

NB: try and negotiate for me some profitable blue chip investment
opportunities which is free which I can invest this money when it is
transferred to your account personally I am interested in estate
management and hotel business or any small scale industry, please
advice me. I'm expecting your urgent response.

Remain blessed as you assist us.
Best regards.
Oturuluo Williams
